Hi I’m Michael, I manage the Mill Run Mushroom Rental. As a resident of the Mill Ridge Neighborhood for well over a decade, I have a great appreciation and love for the not just the uniqueness of the Mushroom houses themselves, but also the neighborhood here as a whole, it’s friendly residents, and it’s location in relation to my favorite Raleigh restaurants, recreation, and retail needs & conveniences.

So I’m proud to present this property to you on behalf of the owner, and to make it available for extended stays to UNC Rex’s locum tenens and other traveling professionals. My fiancé and I continue to live nearby in the neighborhood in ‘mushrooms’ of our own, so I’m usually nearby, and easily able to quickly assist with any unexpected issues that might arise during your stay.

It’s our goal to provide a peaceful stay during your time here that will serve to support a successful journey overall, by meeting and hopefully exceeding the needs of the more ‘location conscious’, ‘comfort-focused’ traveler. We’re happy to work to ensure a hassle-free stay in a home that you’ll be excited to inhabit, and to talk about again and again, whenever the subject of ‘all-time favorite rentals’ comes up.
